I have built a large client base in a relatively short space of time, which now supports a successful and busy full-time Sports Massage & Personal Training practice within the Swindon area. I have a track record of achieving good results and I believe this is proven as most of my clients are now referred to me via recommendations and other professional therapists.

I am an enthusiastic Personal Trainer and Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist who firmly believes in the benefits of functional training a long with soft tissue manipulation to improve musculoskeletal function. I have a genuine passion for helping people with their health & fitness goals and I am constantly looking at ways to improve and move forward so that I can enhance the service I offer to my clients.
